Emerald Trade is not a tier that can be applied for, purchased, or unlocked by hitting a number. It is an invitation — extended only by an existing Emerald member or directly by the Zamarrad team — to traders who represent the gold standard of wholesale commerce.
This is the tier reserved for traders with exceptional track records, elite transaction volumes, and reputations that precede them in the network. Emerald members are the people that other Premium traders aspire to become.
Think of it as the Amex Black Card of wholesale trading. You do not walk in and ask for one. The card comes to you.
How Invitation Works
Invitations are extended by: (a) an existing Emerald member who vouches for you from their personal experience trading with you, or (b) the Zamarrad team based on platform-wide performance data. There is no application form. There is no fee. There is only demonstrated excellence.

Dedicated Account Manager
A named Zamarrad team member is assigned to your account personally. They know your business, your trading style, and your priorities. One call resolves what would take others several support tickets.
White-Glove Deal Support
For complex, high-value, or time-sensitive deals, your account manager provides concierge-level coordination from initial terms through to completed delivery — handling complexities so you can focus on the relationship.
Direct Elite Partner Introductions
Zamarrad facilitates warm, direct introductions to the network's highest-performing trading partners — distributors and retailers operating at volumes that are otherwise difficult to reach without a trusted intermediary.

There are two paths to Emerald Trade. Both require that your performance speaks for itself first.
An existing Emerald member nominates you based on their direct experience trading with you. They have seen your reliability, your integrity, and your scale first-hand — and they are willing to put their reputation behind yours.
Emerald members can extend a limited number of referrals. They do not make them lightly.
The Zamarrad team monitors performance data across the entire network. When a Premium trader's metrics, volume, and conduct consistently stand out, we extend an invitation directly — without them needing to ask.
These invitations are rare and deliberate. We do not issue them routinely.
