What happens if I want to leave after one month?+
You give us 30 days written notice. We hand over everything we have built — assets, accounts, files — and your invoice closes at the end of the notice month. No retention fees. No exit conversations.
Do you take on more than one client at a time?+
Yes, but with a hard ceiling. We never run more than six retained clients between us. More clients means thinner attention, and thinner attention is the thing we built Gefera to prevent.
What if I already have someone handling part of this?+
Then we coordinate with them, or we replace that function on the retainer. The conversation in week one is exactly that: what stays, what we take over, what changes.
How do calls and consultations work?+
Calls are available for any conversation that benefits from talking — kickoff, strategy reviews, complex revisions. Book a 30-minute consultation from the contact page. For day-to-day operations we usually default to email and form notes, because most things resolve faster in writing.
