WHAT WE COLLECT.
WHY. AND WHO SEES IT.

We collect only what we need to talk to you and to do the work you have hired us to do. That means: your name and contact details from the conversation we have on text, email, or the form on this site; the credentials you share with us in onboarding to operate your accounts on your behalf; and the content of the work we produce together.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party. The only parties with access are Chimka and Michael — the two of us — and any service provider necessary to run the tools you have asked us to operate (your hosting, your email platform, your social schedulers). All of those access points are deletable on request.

If you ever want a complete record of what we hold on you, text us and we will produce it within seven days. If you ever want us to forget you, contact us and we will erase it within fourteen.
