TERMS.

When you sign one of our packages, you are signing for a fixed monthly fee, a fixed scope (the nine functions, as described in Services), and a fixed duration. You can leave at any point with thirty days written notice.

We invoice on the first of the month for the work being done that month. Payment is due within seven days. Late payments past fourteen days pause execution, never the relationship.

All work we produce for you belongs to you the moment it is delivered and paid for. We retain the right to discuss our collaboration in case studies, with your name visible only if you give explicit permission.
