    Both founders send a welcome message introducing the team and outlining exactly what happens in the next seven days.

  2. Days 1–2

    One questionnaire.

    Brand voice, target customer, content style, what you like and dislike about how others in your space communicate. You send platform access. We take it from there.

  3. Days 3–4

    Full audit.

    Website, social, email list, existing content, visual assets. We document everything. We flag the three fastest improvements.

  4. Day 5

    Kickoff confirmation.

    Three immediate improvements outlined. Month-one content calendar confirmed. We agree how you want to communicate going forward.

  5. Days 6–7

    Operations live.

    Website updated or rebuilt. Month-one calendar sent for approval. First social posts scheduled. First email campaign drafted.
